    This is to inform you that I forwarded an email received from my bank to support@samco.in on 2nd June, at 9.52 hours stating that to start trading through you and to transfer funds from time to time you, I have registered you as beneficiary with my bank as per the details confirmed by my bank per their email. I requested you to confirm that the details were correct so that I could remit money to you so as to begin trading through you. Now I am again sending the details with my bank for credit of funds to you per NEFT.

    1. That’s a good suggestion, but the SEBI regulations do not permit you to load funds into your trading account using a credit card or a charge card. In addition to that, there are multiple safety concerns involved in the card transactions in the trading scene. We’ll surely do our best to introduce this service once the regulations are lifted.     1. Dear Naren, thank you for getting in touch with us. As of now, SAMCO isn’t tied up the Bhim UPI. You have to transfer funds using your registered bank. If the company decides to introduce the UPI feature, we shall keep you posted about the updates.

    1. Greetings, Mr. Kishor. We are sorry for the inconvenience caused. Please accept our apologies. To transfer the amount into your trading account, you may use any medium- the Samco app, the web browser, the desktop software.
      If you wish to transfer the sum using the Samco app, and you’re unable to do so, kindly clear app data and log in again. If the issue still persists, please send us screenshots of the app window at mobileapps@samco.in with your User ID; we shall look into this issue with utmost priority.

    What are the charges for fund transfers ? UPI, NEFT,RTGS ?

      Hello, there are no pay-in charges if the transfer is made using NEFT/RTGS. But, with UPI, Rs. 6 + 18% GST is deducted as Atom Payment Gateway charges. Hope you found this helpful!
