  1. Free AMC for the First Year<\/strong>
    We’re pleased to offer a free first year of AMC<\/strong> to all new clients. This ensures a smooth and hassle-free onboarding experience.<\/li>
  2. AMC Deduction Timeline<\/strong>
    AMC charges are applied annually based on the date your account was opened. An email notification on the first Saturday<\/strong> of the month following the levy of charges shall be sent on the registered ID. The email will be received from depository@samco.in. Please add this address to your safe sender\u2019s list to ensure you don\u2019t miss any important updates.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    • Individual Demat Account – 400 + 18% Gst<\/li>
    • Non \u2013 Individual Demat Account \u2013 800 +18% Gst<\/li>

      What are the criteria\u2019s for BSDA Service Account?<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n

      Eligibility for BSDA (Basic Services Demat Account)<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      An individual is eligible to opt for a BSDA (Basic Services Demat Account) subject to the following conditions:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      • The individual must have or intend to have only one Demat account across all depositories<\/strong>, where they are the sole or first holder<\/strong>.<\/li>
      • The value of securities held in the Demat account (combining both debt and non-debt securities) should not exceed \u20b910 lakhs<\/strong> at any point in time.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n
