To open an LLP (Limited Liability Partnership) Trading & Demat account with Samco, the process is completed through the offline mode<\/strong>. The LLP must submit its entity documents along with KYC documents of partners and authorized signatories.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Step 1: Download the Account Opening Form<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

You can download the Non-Individual Account Opening Form<\/a> directly from our website: Fill in the required details, and download it instantly.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Step 2: Fill and Sign the Form<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Complete the Non-Individual Account Opening Form. Ensure all required signatures and LLP stamps (where applicable) are provided.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Step 3: Attach the Required Documents<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

A. LLP Documents<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n
  • Non-Individual Account Opening Form (duly filled & signed)<\/li>
  • LLP PAN Card<\/li>
  • Address Proof \u2013 Latest 3 months Bank Statement<\/li>

  • If Newly Incorporated: Net Worth Certificate from CA (with original stamp, registration number & signature)<\/li>
  • LLP Declaration (on LLP letterhead)<\/li>
  • List of LLP Partners (on LLP letterhead)<\/li>
  • List of Authorized Signatories (on LLP letterhead)<\/li>
  • Certificate of Incorporation<\/li>
  • LLP Agreement<\/li>
  • Balance Sheet \u2013 Last 2 financial years<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n
