To open a Partnership Trading & Demat account<\/strong> with Samco, the process is completed through the offline mode<\/strong>. You must submit documents pertaining to the partnership firm as well as KYC documents of all partners. Upon successful verification, your Partnership account will be activated.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Step-by-Step Process to Open a Partnership Account<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Step 1: Download the Account Opening Form<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n

You can download the Non-Individual Account Opening Form<\/a> directly from our website: Fill in the required details, and download it instantly.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Step 2: Submit Firm Documents (Self-Attested)<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n

Please attach the following documents of the Partnership Firm:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  • PAN Card of the Firm<\/li>
  • Bank Proof (Latest 3 months Bank Statement or Cancelled Cheque)<\/li>
  • Address Proof (Latest 3 months Bank Statement)<\/li>
  • Income Proof (Latest 6 months Bank Statement or Latest ITR)<\/li>
  • Balance Sheet of the last 2 financial years<\/li>
  • Certificate of Registration (if applicable)<\/li>
  • Copy of Partnership Deed<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n

    Step 3: Provide Declarations on Firm\u2019s Letterhead<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n

    Submit the following declarations duly signed:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    • Partnership Declaration (as per format mentioned in the Account Opening Form)<\/li>
    • List of Partners<\/li>
    • List of Authorized Signatories<\/li>
    • Shareholding Pattern<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n

      Step 4: Submit Partner KYC Documents<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n

      For each partner, provide:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      • Duly filled KYC Form<\/li>
      • PAN Card and Address Proof<\/li>
      • Recent Passport-size Photograph<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n

        Step 5: FATCA Declaration<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n

        Submit the FATCA declaration signed by the authorized partners.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        Once we receive the complete set of documents, our KYC team will verify them. Upon successful verification, your Partnership Trading & Demat account will be activated.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
