To open a Corporate Trading & Demat account<\/strong> with Samco, the process is completed through the offline mode<\/strong>. The company must submit corporate documents, board-approved declarations, and KYC details of all directors and authorized signatories. Upon successful verification, the Corporate account will be activated.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Step-by-Step Process to Open a Corporate Account<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Step 1: Download the Account Opening Form<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n

You can download the Non-Individual Account Opening Form<\/a> directly from our website: Fill in the required details, and download it instantly.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Step 2: Submit Company Documents (Self-Attested)<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n

Please attach the following company documents:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  • Company PAN Card<\/li>
  • Bank Proof (Last 3 months Bank Statement or Cancelled Cheque)<\/li>
  • Address Proof (Last 3 months Bank Statement)<\/li>
  • Income Proof (Last 6 months Bank Statement)<\/li>
  • Financial Statements of the Last 2 Financial Years<\/li>
  • If newly incorporated: Net Worth Certificate from a CA (with original stamp and signature)<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n

    Step 3: Submit Company Declarations (On Company Letterhead)<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n
