Tap on <strong>\u201cUnblock and Change Password\u201d<\/strong> to proceed.<\/li><li>An <strong>OTP will be sent to your registered mobile number and registered email ID<\/strong>.<\/li><li>Enter the OTP to verify your identity.<\/li><li>Once the verification is complete, you will need to <strong>reset your password by entering a new password and confirming it<\/strong>.
