You can log in to your Samco Star Backoffice easily by following the steps below.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Step <strong>1: Visit the Samco Star Backoffice Portal<\/strong><\/strong><br><br>Go to the <strong>Samco Star Backoffice login page<\/strong> through your browser. Enter your <strong>Client ID<\/strong> and <strong>Backoffice Password<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Important Notes:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>The login credentials for the <strong>Samco Mobile App<\/strong> and the <strong>Samco Star Backoffice<\/strong> are <strong>different<\/strong>.<\/li><li>Your Backoffice password is:<br><ul><li>Your <strong>PAN number<\/strong> (default), or<\/li><li>A <strong>custom password<\/strong> you have set earlier for the Backoffice.<\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>If you have forgotten your Backoffice password, click on <strong>\u201cForgot Password\u201d<\/strong> to reset it instantly.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5 id=\"step-2-complete-otp-verification\" ><strong>Step 2: Complete OTP Verification<\/strong><\/h5>\n\n\n\n<ol><li>After entering your login details, click <strong>Send OTP<\/strong>.<\/li><li>You will receive a One-Time Password (OTP) on your <strong>registered mobile number<\/strong> or <strong>email ID<\/strong>.<\/li><li>Enter the OTP on the login page to complete verification.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Note:<\/strong><strong><br><\/strong> The OTP is valid for <strong>10 minutes<\/strong>.
