You can transfer shares offline by submitting a Delivery Instruction Slip (DIS)<\/strong> to your Depository Participant (Samco). Follow the steps below:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Step-by-Step Process:<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n
  • Obtain a DIS Booklet
    <\/strong>Use the DIS booklet issued by Samco (similar to a cheque book for your demat account).<\/li>
  • Fill in the Required Details
    <\/strong>Enter the following information carefully:
    • Beneficiary DP ID and Client ID (BO ID)<\/li>
    • ISIN of the security<\/li>
    • Name of the security<\/li>
    • Quantity of shares to be transferred<\/li>
    • Execution date<\/li>
    • Reason for transfer (if required)<\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n

      • Sign the DIS
        <\/strong>Ensure your signature matches the one registered in your demat account records.<\/li>
      • Submit to your Depository Participant
