If you hold shares in your DEMAT account as of the record date, you are eligible to apply for rights shares in proportion to your holding on that date. If you buy shares on or after the ex-rights date, you won&#8217;t be eligible for that rights issue.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Your rights entitlement will appear in your holdings on Samco. For complete details on the offer price, subscription ratio, and deadline, refer to the announcement on BSE or NSE.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Your entitlement is calculated based on how many shares you hold on the record date and the subscription ratio announced. A 1:5 ratio means one right share for every five shares held.
