Application status is confirmed after <strong>3:30 PM<\/strong> on the same day.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>A few things to keep in mind<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>Your DEMAT account must have a clear balance of holdings to participate pledged or blocked shares cannot be tendered<\/li><li>No new bids are accepted after 2:00 PM<\/li><li>Cancellation or modification of your bid is not allowed on the last day of the buyback<\/li><li>Once you submit, you&#8217;ll receive an acknowledgement receipt confirming your bid entry<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>After the buyback<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If your shares are accepted fully or partially the payout is credited directly to your linked bank account by the company.
