This is done at the exchange level by NSE and BSE using their own surveillance systems that track price movements, trading volumes, and patterns across all listed stocks every single day.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>When the exchange flags a stock and places it under a surveillance framework, they issue a circular notifying all brokers including Samco. Samco then applies the restrictions specified by the exchange on the platform automatically. This means if a stock moves to a higher surveillance stage or gets additional restrictions, those changes reflect on Samco as soon as the exchange circular is effective.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As a Samco client, you do not need to track exchange circulars yourself.
