It is divided into three phases:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li><strong>9:00 AM \u2013 9:08 AM:<\/strong> Order entry, modification, and cancellation are open<\/li><li><strong>9:08 AM \u2013 9:12 AM:<\/strong> Order matching takes place. No new orders or modifications are accepted<\/li><li><strong>9:12 AM \u2013 9:15 AM:<\/strong> Transition period before regular market opens<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>All valid pre-market orders are matched at a single equilibrium price determined by the exchange. Only <strong>Limit<\/strong> and <strong>Market<\/strong> order types are supported during the pre-market session.
