When the stock reaches your trigger price during market hours, the order is placed at the exchange without any manual intervention from your side. You do not need to be on the app or confirm anything at the time of execution.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This is one of the key advantages of using GTT, you set your price once and the system handles the rest. However, there are two conditions for successful execution:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li><strong>Sufficient funds:<\/strong> At the time the GTT triggers, your account must have enough funds to cover the order value. If funds are insufficient at that moment, the order will be rejected even though the trigger was hit. The GTT will then move to the Triggered tab showing a rejection status.<\/li><li><strong>Market hours:<\/strong> GTT orders can only be triggered and executed during regular market hours (9:15 AM to 3:30 PM).
