Since a GTT is just a standing instruction and not an actual order placed at the exchange, no funds or margin are reserved at the time of creation. Your full available balance remains free to use for other trades.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Funds are only required and will be checked at the moment the GTT is triggered and the actual order is sent to the exchange. At that point, if your account has sufficient funds, the order will be executed. If the funds are not available at the time of triggering, the order will be rejected.
