Placing a GTT order on the Samco app is straightforward. Here is how:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Search for the stock you want to trade from the Home screen or open it from your Watchlist<\/li>
  2. Tap on the stock to open its detail page<\/li>
  3. Tap the Buy<\/strong> or Sell<\/strong> button<\/li>
  4. On the order placement screen, tap GTT<\/strong> at the top (next to Normal Order and SIP)<\/li>
  5. The product type will be set to Delivery<\/strong> by default<\/li>
  6. Select between Single<\/strong> or OCO<\/strong> using the toggle:
    • Single<\/strong> – one trigger price for a buy or sell order<\/li>
    • OCO<\/strong> – available only when placing a sell GTT on stocks you already hold<\/strong>. Lets you set both a target price and a stop-loss simultaneously so your exit is managed automatically<\/li><\/ul><\/li>
    • Enter the Quantity<\/strong><\/li>
    • Set the Trigger Price<\/strong> – the price at which you want the order to activate<\/li>
    • Set the Order Price<\/strong> – the price at which the order should execute once triggered (select Mkt for market price or Limit for a specific price)<\/li>
    • Check the Funds Required<\/strong> and Funds Available<\/strong> at the bottom<\/li>
    • Tap Create GTT<\/strong> to save your order<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n
