Set this up on a desktop browser. The Gmail app cannot create templates or filters.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Step 1: Turn on Templates<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. In Gmail, click Settings (gear icon), then See all settings<\/li>
  2. Open the Advanced tab and set Templates to Enable<\/li>
  3. Click Save Changes<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    Step 2: Create the reply template<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

    1. Click Compose and enter exactly: Subject: Samco SAP Authentication. Body: Dear Samco Team, I confirm my approval<\/li>
    2. Click the three dots (\u22ee) in the compose window, then Templates, then Save draft as template, then Save as new template<\/li>
    3. Name it Samco SAP and click Save<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n

      Step 3: Create the filter<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

      1. Go to Settings, then See all settings, then Filters and Blocked Addresses, then Create a new filter<\/li>
      2. In the From field, enter sap-trades@samco.in and click Create filter<\/li>
      3. Tick Send template, choose Samco SAP, and click Create filter<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n

        Step 4: Validate in the app<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

        1. Open the Samco SAP app, go to the Email Auto-reply step and tap Validate.
