Solving the 'User Blocked - Contact System Administrator' issue - Unblock your online trading account?

While logging into the SAMCO Trading account, a client needs to enter his login id and password. However, if someone enters the password wrong 3 times consecutively, the account gets blocked. The client will get a pop up saying 'User Blocked - Contact System Administrator'. This is to ensure that the security of the client is not compromised and nobody can use the trial and error method to access the client's account and trade on his behalf. Once an account is blocked, the client needs to unblock the account only after the thorough confirmation. A client can do so by following the given steps. 1.Self Unblock - StockNote Similarly, the client can unblock his account from the mobile app as well. On the login screen, click on Help --> Unblock User option.   This would open a new window asking for confirmation of credentials like User ID, PAN & Email ID. After entering the details click on submit. This would unblock the user and now the client can log in using the login credentials he possesses. 1A. Self Unblock Self Unblock can be done by the client from the NEST Trader itself. Click on the Forgot Password option on the login window. [caption id="attachment_1858" align="aligncenter" width="293"] Forgot Password - User Credentials - SAMCO NEST Trader[/caption] Enter the confirmation credentials like User Name, E-mail Address, Date of Birth, Security Key - PAN, and click on OK. After this, the client's account will get unblocked and the client will receive an SMS and email with the new passwords, using which the client can login into his account. 1.B Self Unblock - Web Self Unblock can also be done by the client from the SAMCO Web Stocknote as well. On the login page click on the " Help" Option. This would open a new pop up window. Kindly enter the client details like User ID, Email Id & PAN, and click on "Submit".  After this, the client's account will get unblocked and the client can log-in to his account.    .   2. SAMCO Assisted The Client can either call the customer care of SAMCO on +91-22-22227777 or +91-22-45030450 or raise a ticket with the Support Helpdesk for unblocking his account. His account would be enabled after confirming the client's details.
