Introduction: Shalby Hospital Limited is a multi speciality hospital chain headquartered at Ahmedabad. The company has presence across 5 states in India whereas its outpatient clinics are functional in more than 50 cities spread across 16 states. The company conducted 15% of joint replacement surgeries done in 2016 in India. As per the reports available on 2016, the company employees more than 1600 people and have a network of professional consultants comprising 270 professionals.

Date of Establishment: Company was formed in the year 2004.   

Product & Service Offering: The company offers following services to its patients.

     - Orthopaedic services - joint replacement surgeries.
     - Company provides inpatient and outpatient healthcare services.
     - Serves patients requiring medical attention in neurology, cardiac care, critical care, oncology, and nephrology.

Customer Segment: Customer base comprises majorly 5 states in the country. Whereas company captures 16 states & 53 cities through outpatients clinics.  

Promoters of Shalby :  Company is backed by Dr Vikram Shah, Dr Darshini Shah, Shanay Shah, Shah Family Trust, and Zodiac Mediquip Limited.

Objects of the Issue: The key aim of the issue is

     i) To honor the loan taken by the company

    ii) To purchase of medical equipments for existing and future hospitals    

   iii) To buy the interiors,furniture and infrastructure for upcoming projects.

   iv) To fulfill general corporate purposes.
