Yes, charges are applicable for both dematerialisation and rematerialisation services with Samco. These services are processed through your Depository Participant (DP) and follow the applicable tariff structure.

Dematerialisation Charges (Physical to Demat)

  • ₹10 per certificate
  • ₹50 per request towards postal charges
  • Applicable GST and regulatory charges may apply as per norms

This fee is charged for processing your Dematerialisation Request Form (DRF) and converting physical share certificates into electronic form.

Rematerialisation Charges (Demat to Physical)

  • CDSL charges at actuals
  • ₹50 per request towards postal charges
  • Applicable GST and taxes may apply

This fee applies when converting electronic shares back into physical share certificates.
