If you prefer to open an individual account offline, you can do so by sending us the required documents along with the physical account opening form.

Documents Required (Self-attested)

Mandatory Documents

2. Photograph copy

Address Proof (Any one)

• Aadhaar Card
• Passport
• Driving License
• Voter ID

Bank Proof (Any one)

• Latest Bank Statement
• Cancelled Cheque
• Bank Passbook

Income Proof (Any one — required only for Derivatives / F&O segment)

• Last 6 Months Bank Statement
• Latest 3 Months Salary Slip
• Form 16
• ITR Acknowledgment
• Latest Holding Statement
• Net Worth Certificate

Important Notes

• All documents must be self-attested and compulsory.
• Whitener is not permitted on the form.

Next Steps

1. Fill and sign the physical Individual Account Opening Form.
2. Attach the required documents listed above.
3. Send them by courier or post to the address below:
