If you prefer to open an Individual account offline, you may do so by submitting the duly filled physical Account Opening Form along with the required self-attested documents.
Step 1: Fill the Form
Download and complete the Individual Account Opening Form. Ensure all details are filled correctly and signatures are provided wherever required.
Step 2: Attach the Required Documents (Self-Attested)
Mandatory Documents:
- PAN Card copy
- Recent passport-size photograph
Address Proof (Any one):
- Aadhaar Card
- Passport
- Driving License
- Voter ID
Bank Proof (Any one):
- Latest Bank Statement
- Cancelled Cheque (Applicant name should be printed)
- Bank Passbook copy
Income Proof (Required only if you want to activate Derivatives / F&O segment – Any one):
- Last 6 Months Bank Statement
- Latest 3 Months Salary Slip
- Form 16 (Part A & B)
- ITR Acknowledgment (Previous Financial Year)
- Latest Holding Statement
- Net Worth Certificate
Important Notes
- All documents must be self-attested.
- Use of whitener is strictly not permitted on the form.
Step 3: Courier the Documents
Send the duly filled and signed form along with all required documents to:

Once we receive your documents, they will be verified and your account will be activated within 72 working hours, subject to successful verification.
