To open a Corporate Trading & Demat account with Samco, the process is completed through the offline mode. The company must submit corporate documents, board-approved declarations, and KYC details of all directors and authorized signatories. Upon successful verification, the Corporate account will be activated.

Step-by-Step Process to Open a Corporate Account

Step 1: Download the Account Opening Form

You can download the Non-Individual Account Opening Form directly from our website: Fill in the required details, and download it instantly.

Step 2: Submit Company Documents (Self-Attested)

Please attach the following company documents:

• Company PAN Card
• Bank Proof (Last 3 months Bank Statement or Cancelled Cheque)
• Address Proof (Last 3 months Bank Statement)
• Income Proof (Last 6 months Bank Statement)
• Financial Statements of the Last 2 Financial Years
• If newly incorporated: Net Worth Certificate from a CA (with original stamp and signature)

Step 3: Submit Company Declarations (On Company Letterhead)

The following declarations must be provided on the company’s letterhead:

• Board Resolution (authorizing account opening and authorized signatories)
• List of Directors
• List of Authorized Signatories
• Shareholding Pattern

Step 4: Submit Director KYC Documents

For each Director and Authorized Signatory, provide:

• PAN Card
• Address Proof
• Recent Passport-size Photograph

Step 5: Submit Additional Mandatory Documents

• Memorandum of Association (MOA)
• Articles of Association (AOA)
• Certificate of Incorporation
• FATCA Declaration
• KYC Page for all Directors and Authorized Signatories

Step 6: Courier the Documents to Samco

Send the duly filled and signed form along with all required documents to:

Step 7: Verification & Activation

Once we receive your documents, they will be verified and your account will be activated within 72 working hours, subject to successful verification.
