To open a Partnership Trading & Demat account with Samco, the process is completed through the offline mode. You must submit documents pertaining to the partnership firm as well as KYC documents of all partners. Upon successful verification, your Partnership account will be activated.

Step-by-Step Process to Open a Partnership Account

Step 1: Download the Account Opening Form

You can download the Non-Individual Account Opening Form directly from our website: Fill in the required details, and download it instantly.

Step 2: Submit Firm Documents (Self-Attested)

Please attach the following documents of the Partnership Firm:

• PAN Card of the Firm
• Bank Proof (Latest 3 months Bank Statement or Cancelled Cheque)
• Address Proof (Latest 3 months Bank Statement)
• Income Proof (Latest 6 months Bank Statement or Latest ITR)
• Balance Sheet of the last 2 financial years
• Certificate of Registration (if applicable)
• Copy of Partnership Deed

Step 3: Provide Declarations on Firm’s Letterhead

Submit the following declarations duly signed:

• Partnership Declaration (as per format mentioned in the Account Opening Form)
• List of Partners
• List of Authorized Signatories
• Shareholding Pattern

Step 4: Submit Partner KYC Documents

For each partner, provide:

• Duly filled KYC Form
• PAN Card and Address Proof
• Recent Passport-size Photograph

Step 5: FATCA Declaration

Submit the FATCA declaration signed by the authorized partners.

Verification & Activation

Once we receive the complete set of documents, our KYC team will verify them. Upon successful verification, your Partnership Trading & Demat account will be activated.

Once we receive your documents, they will be verified and your account will be activated within 72 working hours, subject to successful verification.
