To open an LLP (Limited Liability Partnership) Trading & Demat account with Samco, the process is completed through the offline mode. The LLP must submit its entity documents along with KYC documents of partners and authorized signatories.

Step 1: Download the Account Opening Form

You can download the Non-Individual Account Opening Form directly from our website: Fill in the required details, and download it instantly.

Step 2: Fill and Sign the Form

Complete the Non-Individual Account Opening Form. Ensure all required signatures and LLP stamps (where applicable) are provided.

Step 3: Attach the Required Documents

A. LLP Documents

• Non-Individual Account Opening Form (duly filled & signed)
• LLP PAN Card
• Address Proof – Latest 3 months Bank Statement
• Bank Proof – Latest 3 months Bank Statement or Cancelled Cheque
• Income Proof – Latest 6 months Bank Statement
• If Newly Incorporated: Net Worth Certificate from CA (with original stamp, registration number & signature)
• LLP Declaration (on LLP letterhead)
• List of LLP Partners (on LLP letterhead)
• List of Authorized Signatories (on LLP letterhead)
• Certificate of Incorporation
• LLP Agreement
• Balance Sheet – Last 2 financial years

B. KYC of LLP Partners / Authorized Signatories

• PAN Card
• Address Proof
• Passport-size Photograph

C. Mandatory Declaration

• FATCA Declaration

Step 4: Courier the Documents

Send the duly filled and signed form along with all required documents to:

Step 5: Verification & Activation

Once the documents are received, our KYC team will verify them. Upon successful verification, your LLP Trading & Demat account will be activated.

• All documents must be self-attested.
• Ensure that names, PAN details, and signatures match across all documents to avoid processing delays.

Once we receive your documents, they will be verified and your account will be activated within 72 working hours, subject to successful verification.
