Once you have submitted your modification request along with the required documents, it enters the verification process.
You can track the status in real time by following these steps:
- Log in to the Samco Star Back Office.
- On the left-hand side menu, scroll down and click on “Modification Status.”
This section will display the current status of your request whether it has been successfully processed or if any additional information/documents are required.
Note: The Turnaround Time (TAT) for modification requests (without any deficiencies) is up to 48 working hours from the time of successful submission.
