Date Of Incorporation: The Company was incorporated as ‘ICL Infradevelopers Private Limited’ under Indian Companies Act 19546, on 07th September 2012 at Uttar Pradesh. Eventually, It was reformed into the public limited company ‘ ICL Multitrading India Limited’ on 8th December 2018.
Promoters of ICL Multitrading India Limited: Mr. Roop Kishore Gola, Mr. Avadhesh Kumar Gola, Rajni Gupta, and Image Carrer Limited are the promoters of ICL Multrading India Limited.
Products and Services Offering: The Company offers major lists of products including Spices, Suiting-Shirting & Related Accessories, Tea, and Incense Sticks among additional ranges. Besides this, it has also entered in the field of distribution of herbal products.
