IndiGrid InvIT Fund is an infrastructure investment trust which was initiated to own inter-state power transmission assets in India. The company will acquire two projects having a total network of 8 power transmission lines covering 1936 ckms across 4 states.

-       Loan to BDTCL and JTCL for repayment of debt from banks
