Introduction: Khadim India is the second largest retailer of footwear in India. The management team operates from Kolkata. Khadim India operates through two business verticals, retail and distribution.  

Date of Establishment: Company was formed in the year 1981. 

Product & Service Offering: The company is into retailing and distribution of footwears in the country.  

Customer Segment: Customer base comprises majorly middle class and upper middle class in cities. The company has dominant presence in eastern & southern parts of India.

Promoters of Khadim:  Company is backed by

     1. Siddhartha Roy Burman; and

     2. Knightsville Private Limited.

Objects of the Issue: The key aim of the issue is

     i) to honor the loan taken by the company

     ii) to maintain the working capital

     iii) General corporate purposes.
