Yes. You can stop a Stock SIP at any time from the Samco app with no lock-in, no penalty.
Stopping cancels all future installments for that SIP. The shares already accumulated in your Demat account are not affected; they remain in your holdings until you choose to sell them.
If you only need a temporary break, use the pause option instead. A paused SIP can be resumed without any fresh setup.
