If you have a complaint about Samco’s services, you can raise it through Samco’s formal grievance redressal process. For concerns that go beyond a regular service complaint such as reporting unethical practices or regulatory violations Samco has a Whistleblower and Vigil Mechanism in place.
This mechanism allows you to report such concerns confidentially. It is designed to ensure that any conduct that goes against the interest of clients or regulatory guidelines can be flagged and addressed without fear of retaliation.
