You can search for any stock directly from the Home screen of the Samco app. Here is how:
- Open the Samco app and tap the Search icon on the top right corner of the Home screen
- Type the stock name or ticker symbol in the search bar for example, “Tata Power” or “TATAPOWER”
- The app will show matching results as you type
- Tap on the stock you are looking for to open its detail page
- From the stock detail page, you can view the price chart, market depth, and other details before deciding to buy or sell
You can search for stocks listed on both NSE and BSE from the same search bar. If you already have stocks added to your Watchlist, you can also find them directly under the Watchlist tab without needing to search again
