How To Add A Nominee With Your Samco Account

A nominee is a person who will receive the benefits of your Samco account in case of your death or incapacity. Adding a nominee is a smart way to ensure that your investments are safe and secure. 

Learn how to add a nominee with Samco website in a few simple steps.

  1. Go to the a website and log in with your Samco credentials.
  2. On the right-hand side, click on Profile and go to Account Settings.
  3. Under the Modification Request section, click on Modify Now.
  4. From the drop-down menu, click on option ‘G’ Nominee and then click on Submit.
  5. On the next page, check the box that says ‘Do you wish to add nominee’, and then click on Add Nominee.
  6. Enter the nominee details such as name, relationship, mobile number, email id, date of birth, and share percentage.
  7. On the next page, click on Sign your application with Aadhar. Enter your Aadhaar number in the box that appears and click on Submit.
  8. You will be directed to the eSign portal for Aadhaar sign up. Check the box that says ‘I have read the document and I accept the terms of service’ and click on Submit.
  9. Enter your Aadhaar details and check the box that says ‘I hereby authorise’. Then click on Send OTP.
  10. Enter the OTP that you receive on your registered mobile number and click on Verify OTP.
  11. Click on Download signed document and then click on Proceed.

You have successfully added a nominee to your Samco Account.
