To dematerialise your physical share certificates, you need to fill and submit a Dematerialisation Request Form (DRF) to Samco.

The guide will walk you through each section of the form to ensure accurate submission and avoid rejection.
After filling the DRF, submit the duly signed form along with your physical share certificates to Samco for processing.
