- Document Verification by Samco:
Samco verifies the duly filled Dematerialisation Request Form (DRF) and original share certificates. - Forwarding to Depository & RTA:
The request is forwarded to CDSL and the concerned company’s Registrar & Transfer Agent (RTA) for validation. - Approval & Credit:
Upon successful verification, the shares are credited to your Samco demat account in electronic form.
