Q. How to place a buy in amount order/ How to buy fractional shares of a stock?

Step 1: Tap on the Search bar, and type the stock name you want to buy.
Step 2: A quote page of the stock will open. Tap Buy to open the Buy window, then select the order type—Buy in Amount
Step 3: Please note that Limit Orders are not allowed when using the “Buy in Amount” order.
Step 4: Enter the amount you want to invest.
Step 5: You can view the approximate total funds required, including charges.
Step 6: Tap on Buy. The order will be executed at the market price, since limit orders are not permitted in this mode.

Q. How to place a buy in quantity order?

Step 1: Tap on the Search bar and type the stock name you want to buy.
Step 2: A quote page of the stock will open. Tap Buy to open the Buy window, then select the option—Buy in quantity.
Step 3: Enter the number of quantities you want to buy.
Step 4: Both Market and Limit orders are allowed when you choose the Buy in Qty option.
Step 5: If you want to place the order at a specific price, select the Limit order and enter your desired price. Make sure the price you enter is within the allowed range.
Step 6: If you select the Market order instead, you don’t need to enter any price.
Step 7: You can check the approximate funds required, including all charges.
Step 8: Tap on Buy. Your order will be executed based on the Market or Limit order selected.
