Follow these steps to place a withdrawal request from your US stocks account:
- On the US stocks platform, tap the Funds icon in the top-right corner.
- Tap the Withdraw button at the bottom-left of the screen.
- On the Withdraw Funds page, enter the amount you wish to withdraw in USD. Please note that the minimum withdrawal amount is $20, and there is no withdrawal charge.
- To view the applicable exchange rate and charges before proceeding, tap “Tap to show rate and charges”.
- Once you’ve entered the desired amount, tap Continue.
- You will see a confirmation message “Withdraw Funds Initiated” confirming that your request has been successfully placed.
Credit Timeline
- If the withdrawal request is placed before 12:30 PM IST, the funds will be credited to your bank account by T+1 working days.
- If placed after 12:30 PM IST, expect the funds by T+2 working days.
