Each Stock SIP instalment is treated as an equity delivery trade. Samco charges a flat ₹20 per executed order or 2.5% of the transaction value whichever is lower.

So if your SIP buys 2 shares of a stock priced at ₹400 each (total ₹800), 2.5% works out to ₹20 which equals the flat fee, so you pay ₹20 for that order. For smaller transaction values, 2.5% may work out to less than ₹20, in which case the lower amount applies.
