Supershakti Metaliks Limited was incorporated as ‘Quentz Dealtrade Private Limited’ in the year 2012  as a private limited company under the Companies Act 1956 with the Registrar of Companies, West Bengal. It is an  ISO 9001: 2015 & ISO 14001: 2015 certified company that provides diversified products of steel consisting of steel manufacturing, steel processing and varied allied undertakings.

Date of Establishment: Supershakti Metaliks Limited was established as a private limited company named ‘Quentz Dealtrade Private Limited’ on 12th of December 2012 under Companies Act, 1956, with Registrar of Companies, West Bengal. The name of this company was reformed to ‘Supershakti Metaliks Private Limited’ on 12th of November 2014 by the Assistant Registrar of Companies. It was later converted into the public limited company that was renamed to ‘Supershakti Metaliks Limited’ on 3rd of May 2018 by the Registrar of Companies, Kolkata.

Promoters of Supershakti Metaliks Limited: Mr Dilipp Agarwal, Mr Deepak Agarwal, Veerbhadra Sales Private Limited and Khandelwal Finance Private Limited are the promoters of Supershakti Metaliks Limited.

Products and Services Offering: Supershakti Metaliks Limited offers a wide range of steel manufacturing, steel processing and other allied activities which consists of product categories that include: Wire Rods, HB Wires, Binding Wire and Billet.

Consumer Segment: Supershakti Metaliks Limited consumer segments are broadly divided into several sections of the industry consisting of constructions, rolling mill, infrastructure and power industry among others which are spread across Kolkata and its nearby markets.
