Date of Establishment: Avon Moldplast Limited was incorporated as ‘Nira Investments Private Limited’ on 1st July 1996, as a private limited company by the Registrar of Companies, Karnataka, at Bangalore. Finally, on 1st March 2018, the company was converted to a public limited company in the name of ‘Avon Moldplast Limited’ under Companies Act 1956 by the Registrar of Companies, Kanpur; after going through several changes in its name in the incorporation certificates.
