Date of Incorporation: The company was initially incorporated as ‘Bapi Construction Electrical Engineering Private Limited’ at Kolkata on 08th December 1995. Subsequently, it was reformed to public limited company renamed to ‘BCPL Railway Infrastructure Limited’ on 05th August 2008.
Promoters of BCPL Railway Infrastructure Limited: Mr Jayanta Kumar Ghosh, Mr Aparesh Nandi, Mr Uday Narayan Singh and Resilient Exports Private Limited are the promoters of BCPL Railways Infrastructure Limited.
Products and Services Offering: The company primarily focuses on Railway Overhead Electrification (OHE) that takes several large, medium and small electrification projects in a well-organised manner.
Customer Segments: The Clientele of the Company includes some of the prominent players across the Industry including Indian Railways, Rites Limited, Usha Martin Industries Limited and Jindal Steel & Power Limited among various other clients.
Objectives of BCPL Railway Infrastructure Limited IPO: The Issue will compromise of Fresh Issue of 42,00,000 Equity Shares and Offer For Sale of Up to 6,60,0000 Equity Shares by Selling Stakeholders. Besides this Core objects are:
