Date of Incorporation: The company was incorporated as ‘Diksha Timber Private Limited’ on 21st July 2004 at West Bengal, Kolkata. Subsequently, it was reformed to a public limited company ‘Diksha Greens Limited’ on 06th February 2018.
Promoters of Diksha Greens Limited: Mr Rajesh Pirogiwal, Mrs Sunita Pirogiwal, Ms Tanvi Pirogiwal, and Rajesh Kumar Pirogiwal & Sons HUF are the promoters of Diksha Greens Limited.

- Trading in wooden Logs and Timber that are imported from countries namely Malaysia, Vietnam, Burma, Nigeria, Ghana and Solomon Island among others.
- Operation of Saw Mill.
- Manufacturing of Veneer sheets.
- Multi-Commodity Cold Storage.
