Diksha Greens Limited is involved in dealing of timber, wooden logs, sawn timber and production of veneer sheets. It has godown cum factory located in Baidyati, Hooghly, West Bengal where further processing is carried to suits customer requirements.

Date of Incorporation: The company was incorporated as ‘Diksha Timber Private Limited’ on 21st July 2004 at West Bengal, Kolkata. Subsequently, it was reformed to a public limited company ‘Diksha Greens Limited’ on 06th February 2018.

Promoters of Diksha Greens Limited: Mr Rajesh Pirogiwal, Mrs Sunita Pirogiwal, Ms Tanvi Pirogiwal, and Rajesh Kumar Pirogiwal & Sons HUF are the promoters of Diksha Greens Limited.

Products and Services Offering: The company is involved in several activities consisting of:

  • - Trading in wooden Logs and Timber that are imported from countries namely Malaysia, Vietnam, Burma,       Nigeria, Ghana and Solomon Island among others.

  • - Operation of Saw Mill.

  • - Manufacturing of Veneer sheets.

  • - Multi-Commodity Cold Storage.

Customer Segments: The company has customer segments spread across the local markets and its nearby areas. Further, it plans to expand its client base by an introduction of additional products like Fruits, Vegetables, Dry Fruits, Egg, Fish, and Spices.
