Introduction:Dixon technologies is a leading original design manufacturer in India. The company has a capability to develop and design its products through its R&D facility. The company has around 6 manufacturing facility in north India employing 630 employees and 4000+ contractors.

Date of Establishment: Company was incorporated in the year 1993. 

Product & Service Offering: Dixon manufactures consumer durables, lighting and mobile phones. The product portfolio of Dixon is:

     1. LED TVs
     2. Home appliances.
     3. Lighting products. e.g.CFL bulbs etc.
     4. Mobile phones
 Dixon also provides repair and support services to customers.

Customer Segment: The company serve consumer market through its varied product offerings. its products like surya bulbs are quite popular among Indian consumers.

Objects of the Fresh Issue:The object of the issue is to
        1. Repayment of loans.
        2. Setting up of manufacturing unit at Tirupati facility for manufacturing of LED TVs
        3. Enhancement of backward integration capabilities in the lighting products vertical at Dehradun Facility.
        4. Improve the IT infrastructure to enhance the working capacity of the company
        5. General corporate purposes.
