Date of Incorporation: The company was incorporated under the name of ‘DRS Dilip Roadlines Private Limited’ on 10th July 2009, under Indian Companies Act 1956, Andhra Pradesh. Subsequently, it was reformed to public limited company ‘DRS Dilip Roadlines Limited’ on 06th September 2018.
