H.G. Infra Engineering Ltd is a jaipur based company, involved in infrastructure construction and maintenance projects. HGIEL has completed 13 projects and currently has more than 21 infrastructure projects.  

Date of establishment: H.G Infra Engineering Ltd was incorporated in 2003.

Product & Service Offering: H.G Infra takes up infrastructure projects mainly focusing on road and highway construction, bridges and flyovers.HGIEL also provide engineering, procurement and construction services . it also get involved in execution of water pipeline projects

Promoters of HGIEL: Promoters of HGIEL are  Mr. Harendra Singh, Mr. Vijendra Singh and Mr. Girish Pal Singh.

Customer segment: HGIEL has mainly public sector based clients. The clientele includes NHAI, PWD, MES & Jaipur Development Authority.

Objects of the Issue:

The offer comprises of fresh issue of Rs 300 Crores and OFS of 6,000,000 Equity shares.

Each of the Selling Shareholders will be entitled to the respective proportion of the proceeds of the Offer for Sale. Company will not receive any proceeds of the Offer for Sale by the Selling Shareholders.

The proceeds of the Fresh Issue are proposed to be utilized by the Company for the following objects:

  • Purchasing capital equipment;

  • Repayment/ prepayment in part or in full, of certain indebtedness; and

  • General corporate purposes.
