Promoters of the Company: Mr Nitesh Jain and Mr Narendra Kumar Jain are the promoters of Humming Bird Education Limited.

Products and Service Offerings: It offers a wide range of products and services in education segments that include: Humming Bird Talent Search Examination (HBTSE), Humming Bird Commerce Competency Olympiad HCC), Humming Bird Cyber Olympiad HCO), Humming Bird English Olympiad HEO), Humming Bird G.K. Olympiad HGO)  and Humming Bird Hindi Olympiad HHO) are some of its vast offerings range.
