Product & Service Offering: Company gives broking services to its clients and customers through its trading platform ICICIdirect.com. Company is active in equity, derivatives, currency futures, mutual funds, and other financial products. It also gives tips and stock recommendations to clients.  Apart from that ICICI securities offers initial public offerings (IPO), further public offerings, rights offerings, convertible offerings, qualified institutional placements, non-convertible debentures, buyback, delisting, and open offers and international offerings for unlisted and listed entities.

Promoters of ICICI Securities ltd.: ICICI Bank Ltd is the promoter of the company holding the 100% of the issued equity.

Customer segment: ICICI securities has more than 3.5 million operations accounts out of 4.4 million customers acquired.
