Date of Establishment: The company was initially incorporated as ‘Innovative Ideals and Services (India) Private Limited’ at Mumbai on 06th December 2000. Thereafter the company was converted to public limited company reframed as ‘Innovative Ideals and Services (India) Limited’ on the 21st of September 2017.
