K P.I Global Infrastructure Limited is a solar power creation Company that distributes both Independent Power Producer (“IPP”) and Captive Power Producer (“CPP”) under its brand name ‘Solarism’.  It generates the revenue by entering into Power Purchase Agreements (“PPA”) for solar power projects as IPP with several third parties in selling and distribution of power units. It has plants located in the areas of Sudi & Tanchha village, Amod, and Bharuch.

Date of Establishment: The company was initially incorporated under the name “K.P.I. Global Infrastructure Limited” in Maharashtra under the Companies Act, 1956. It has obtained Certificate of Business on 22nd August 2008.

Promoters of K.P.I Global Infrastructure Limited: Mr Faruk G. Patel is the sole promoter of K.P.I Global Infrastructure Limited.

Product & Service Offerings: The Company currently classifies its business operations across:

- Independent Power Producer (IPP).

  • - Captive Power Production (CPP) and O&M Services.

  • - Sale of Solar Project Land Plots.

Customer Segments: The company has currently entered into Power Purchase Agreement (PPA) for its 5 MW and 10 MW initially for the period of 3 Years. It further plans to enter into PPA for the term of 15 Years with Private entities. Some of its Major Clientele includes Mafatlal Industries Limited, Best Paper Mills Private Limited, Unit-1, Meghmani Organics Limited and Vandana Suppliers Private Limited among others.

Objects of K.P.I Global Infrastructure Limited IPO: The core objectives of this issue are:

  • - To part finance its 25MW Solar Power Project at Sudi Village, Tanchha Village.

  • - To meet its General Corporate Expenses requirements.
