KHFM Hospitality and Facility Management Services Limited provide a wide range of services under hospitality and facility management services that include mechanized housekeeping, guest-house organising, pest control, gardening, security services etc. As on 30th June 2018, the company has atop 2,130 employees on a payroll basis and 310 employees on contract basis. The registered office of the company is situated at Andheri.

Date of Incorporation: It was established as “Kalpataru’s Hospitality and Facility Management Services Private Limited” on 27 January 2006 at Mumbai, Maharashtra. Thereafter, it was converted to “KHFM Hospitality and Facility Management Services Limited” on 30th May 2018.

Promoters of the Company: Mr Ravindra Hegde and Mrs Sujata Hegde are the promoters of KHFM Hospitality and Facility Management Services Limited.

Service Offerings: It currently offers a wide range of services across:

  • - Facility Management: solid waste management, pest control services, mechanised house-keeping and miscellaneous others.

  • - Hospitality Services & Catering: hospitality and guest house management, catering management.

  • - Horticulture & Gardening: lawns development, seasonal flower beds, creepers & ground covers, green l-Landscaping and others.

  • - Security Services

Customer Segments: The Company serves more than 71 clients through contracts basis across 10 states covering 21 cities. Some of its clientele includes Tata Institute of Social Science, Patna, Tirupati (Scout Bhavan), NPCIL, Western Railways (selective stations), GMR Hyderabad International Airport Ltd. The top 10 clients contributed approximately 67.44%.
