Kranti Industries Limited is an ISO 9001:2015 certified company engaged in manufacturing and supplying of automotive parts and non-automotive components. It has two manufacturing units located at Pune Maharashtra that has a total area of 2,730 square meters and 4,100 square meters respectively. The Company has further received “Performance Appreciation Award” from oerlikon for developing new parts in casting and machinery commodities in 2018.

Date of Incorporation: The Company was incorporated as ‘Kranti Precision Tools Private Limited’ on 5th December 1995. Subsequently, it was reformed to Public Limited Company reframed under ‘Kranti Industries Limited’ on 17th August 2015.

Promoters of Kranti Industries Limited: Mr Sachin Subhash Vora, Mr Sumit Subhash Vora and Mrs Indubala Subhash Vora are the promoters of Kranti Industries Limited.

Products and Services Offering: Its portfolio offering is divided across:

- Automotive Parts: Rear Housing, Gear Box Housing, Top Cover, Brackets and Master Cylinders among several components.

  • - Off-highway equipment, Agricultural tractors: Epic Cyclic Carriers, Wheel Hubs, Trumpet Housing and Clutch Housing among several components.

Customer Segments:

Kranti Industries Limited caters several sectors that include construction, automobile, commercial vehicle, windmill and medical among other industry class.

Some of its Clientele includes Graziano Transmission India Pvt. Ltd, John Deere India Pvt. Ltd, Carraro India Pvt. Ltd and Meltwel Scrap Traders, etc.

Objects of Kranti Industries Limited IPO: The offer will comprise of an Offer for Sale of up to 6,04,000 Equity Shares and Fresh Issue of up to 17,84,000 Equity Shares.
