Mac Hotels Limited is primarily active in the profession of owning, operating and managing hotels, café, restaurant and caravan site among others. It has more than 25 Years of experience in the Hospitality industry. It operates Resort Park Avenue which is spread across 3,225 Square metres located at the heart of Calangute Beach, Goa.

Date of Incorporation: The company was incorporated as ‘Mac Hotels Private Limited’ on 20th December 1990. Subsequently, it was reformed to public limited company reframed as ‘MAC Hotels Limited’ on 10th August 2017.

Promoters of MAC Hotels Limited IPO: Mr Edgar Cotta, Mr Edwin Cotta and Hotel Miramar comfort private limited are the promoters of MAC Hotels Limited.

Products and Services Offering: The companies hotels and resorts are tourist destinations that attract national as well as international visitors. Its Resort Park Avenue offers additional facilities of the beauty salon, laundry services, massages and swimming pools among others.

While its Chocolate Room India stores which are located in Calangute and Panjim that offers Hot Chocolates, Choc shakes, Chocolate Crepes and Italian Panini among famous chocolate dishes served.

Besides this the company has entered into Management Services Agreement (OYO Agreement) with Alcott Town Planners for providing services for Managing the day to day operations of the property, manage maintenance and supervision of the property, providing food and beverages services.

Customer Segments: The customer mainly consists of traveller and visitors which comes from all over the nations as well as from abroad.

Objectives of MAC Hotels Limited:

The core objectives of this offer are to achieve the benefits of listing on the NSE SME platform and Offer For Sale by the selling (“Hotel Miramar Comfort Private Limited”)
